不同粒级浮游植物对黄颡鱼成鱼池初级生产力和生物量的作用
摘要:用黑白瓶测氧法,研究黄颡鱼成鱼池不同粒级浮游植物(<38μm、38~ 212μm、>212μm)对水体生物量和初级生产力的作用,结果表明:水体中38~212μm的藻类对水体的初级生产力和生物量贡献最大,38~212μm粒级浮游植物的初级生产力占总生产力的37.68%,<38μm初级生产力占总生产力的27.21%,>220μm初级生产力占总生产力35.31% 。池塘藻类的组成:蓝藻门29.02%、硅藻门10.52%、隐藻门0.53%、裸藻门2.93%、绿藻门36.98%;生物量分别为:41.04%、11.64、0.08%、1.78%、27.04%。

The Contribution of Size Fractionated Algae to Primary Production and Biomass of Phytoplankton in Pseudobagrus fulvidraco Pond
Abstract: Primary production,biomasses of size fractionated phytoplankton(<38μm,38~212μm,>212μm) were estimated in the Pseudobagrus fulvidraco pond. The result showed that the ratio of the production of phytoplankton of 38~212μm, less than 38μm, and more than 212μm to the total production of phytoplankton was 37.68%, 27.21%,35.31% respectively.There were 20.02%in cyanophyta,10.52%in bacillariophyta ,Cryptophyta in 0.53%,Euglenophyta in 2.93%,Chlorophyta in 36.98% in composition of algae in the pond,while the ratio of biomass above five kindoms was 41.04%、11.64、0.08%、1.78%、27.04% respectively.

初级生产力是水体生物生产力的基础,是食物链的第一环节,是反映水体渔业生产潜力的基本参数,浮游植物是鱼池中初级生产力主要组成部分,也是水体中鱼类和其他经济动物的直接或间接的饵料基础和水中溶解氧的主要来源。
