肠膜蛋白粉(DPS)替代鱼粉对斑点叉尾鮰生长性能的影响

摘要:采用单因素梯度试验法,以国产鱼粉和肠膜蛋白粉(DPS)作为动物蛋白源,豆粕、菜粕为植物蛋白源等原料,用肠膜蛋白粉(DPS)蛋白分别替代0%、16%、28%、40%、52%、64%、76%、88%和100%的鱼粉蛋白,配制成9种等能(17.20KJ/g)等蛋白(39%)的饲料。对斑点叉尾鮰35天的生长试验,结果表明:当DPS含量为0%、16%、28%、40%和52%时斑点叉尾鮰的特定生长率、相对增重率之间差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于其它试验组(P<0.05)、饵料系数与蛋白质效率在替代水平为52%时与其它各试验组均差异显著(P<0.05),因此,本试验中DPS替代水平为52时对斑点叉尾鮰的生长性能最佳。

The Influence on the Growth of Channel Catfish with DPS Substituting Fish Meal
 

Abstract :Take domestic fish meal and Dried Porcine Soluble(DPS) as the source of animal protein, soybean meal and rapeseed meal as plant protein sources, then prepare nine isoenergetic(17.20KJ/g) and isonitrigenou(39%) feed of protein level 39% with DPS replacing 0%, 16%, 28%, 40%, 52%, 64%, 76%, 88%, 100% of fish mea. After raising 35 days, the body length, weight, body composition and intestinal digestive enzyme activity were measured. The results showed that the specific growth rate and relative weight gain rate of the Channel Catfish fed the diets respectively with DPS replacing 0%、16%、28%、40%、52% and 64% of fish meal , were no significant difference, but were significantly higher than other test groups . the feed coefficient and protein efficiency rate of the group at the replacing lever of 52% was significant difference with the other test groups. The experiment also showed that the replacing lever of 52% was adequate for the Channel Catfish to reach the best growth.
