肠肽对斑点叉尾鮰生长性能的影响

摘要:为探讨用肠肽替代鱼粉对斑点叉尾鮰鱼生长性能的影响,以肠肽替代0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%的鱼粉,配制成6种等氮(CP为40%左右)、等能(GE为14.05kJ/kg左右)的饲料投喂初始体重为(9.11±0.22)g的斑点叉尾鮰鱼。在室内玻璃缸中进行为期60 d的生长实验。结果表明,当替代比例为100%时SGR和PER低于其他各组;当肠肽替代20% 的鱼粉时,其特定生长率(SGR)、饵料系数(FCR)和蛋白质效率(PER)与对照组均无显著差异;当替代比例为40%时,其SGR与对照组差异不显著,但FCR低于对照组;当替代比例为60%时的SGR,PER均显著高于对照组而FCR显著地低于其它组;而替代比例为80%时SGR和PER呈下降趋势。各组全鱼及肌肉组织的营养成分无显著差异。

Studies on Effect of Livintide on Growth of Channel Catfish Livintide Effect on the Growth Performance of Channel Catfish
 

Abstract: In this growth trial, 360 juvenile channel catfishes (Ictalurus punctatus Rafinesque) with initial body weight of (9.11±0.22)g were averagely allocated to 6 groups with 2 replications, fed isometric  nitrogenous (CP 40%) and isometric energy (GE14.05KJ/Kg) diets with fish meal replaced by 0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100% Livintide livintide for 60 days, to study on the effect of livintide on growth of channel catfish. The results showed that ,special growth rate (SGR), feed conversion rate (FCR) and protein efficiency rate (PER) did not change at 20% substitution, FCR decreased at 40% substitution, SGR and PER significantly increased and FCR significantly decreased at 60% substitution, SGR and PER decreased at 80% substitution, SGR and PER were under to other groups at 100% substitution. There were no obvious difference on nutrition composition of the full fish.The nutrition composition of channel catfish body almost didn’t change.
