房地产企业网络营销研究

摘 要:网络营销是互联网技术与传统营销活动相结合的产物。它为房地产企业带来了新的运作天地,它不仅影响房地产企业的营销,同时也对企业的内部管理、运作流程甚至产品本身带来了深远影响。因此,房地产企业如何充分利用互连网进行网络营销,从而使企业获得更大更长远的发展,成为了目前企业关注的新焦点。
本文通过房地产企业网络营销的内涵、特征及发展现状,分析了我国房地产企业开展网络营销过程中存在的问题,并针对房地产企业的现状提出了推动我国房地产企业开展网络营销的对策。
 网络营销已成为房地产企业的一种重要的营销手段,我国的房地产网络营销拥有巨大的发展潜力。但房地产企业网络营销的发展道路艰辛而又复杂,它还需要经历很长的一段时间。

STUDYING ON NETWORK MATKETING OF
 REAL ESTATE ENTERPRISE
                     

Abstract: The network marketing is a product which the Internet technology and the traditional marketing activity interact. It has brought the new operation world for the real estate enterprise. It does not only influence real estate enterprise's marketing, also affect enterprise's internal management, operation flow even its product. Therefore, the new focus point which the present the real estate enterprise pay attention to is how to make the most of Internet to develop network marketing and help the real estate enterprise develop. 
This article analyze the problem existed in the network marketing developmental on the basis of the connotation, the characteristic and the current situation of network marketing about real estate enterprise. Some countermeasures advance the development of network marketing of our country real estate enterprise is proposed.
The network marketing has become one important marketing method of the real estate enterprise, and there is walloping development potential in the development network marketing of real estate. But the development way of the network marketing of real estate enterprise is tortuous and a long time is essential of time.
